จบกฏหมายแต่ไม่ได้(ว่า)ความ กลับหลงไหลสนุกสนานกับงานด้านบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ตั้งแต่ตำแหน่ง บาร์เทนเดอร์ที่ยืนเขย่า (เหล้า) อยู่หลังบาร์ กระทั่งพนักงานเสริฟอาหาร และซอมเมอลิเย่ แนะนำไวน์ ในโรงแรมชั้นหนึ่ง จนถึงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ และได้เริ่มหลงไหลในรสชาติของไวน์มาตั้งแต่บัดนั้น ก่อนจะลาออกมาเป็นผู้จัดการบริษัทนำเข้าและจำหน่ายไวน์จากต่างประเทศ บริษัท เอสติมา คอนซัลติ้ง จำกัด
2011 ได้ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตร ครูสอนไวน์ เบอร์กันดี จากเมือง โบน และได้รับแต่งตั้ง จากคณะกรรมการแห่งเบอร์กันดี ประเทศฝรั่งเศส ให้เป้นครูสอนไวน์ เบอร์กันดีแห่งประเทศไทย คนแรก และคนเดียว
2010 ได้ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตร ครูสอนไวน์ บอร์โด จากเมือง บอร์โด ฝรั่งเศส และได้รับแต่งตั้ง จากคณะกรรมการแห่งบอร์โด ให้เป้นครูสอนไวน์ บอร์โดแห่งประเทศไทย
ปี 1996 ชนะเลิศการประกวด ซอมเมอลิเย่ยอดเยี่ยมประเทศไทย (Sommelier Grand Prix du Sopexa) ได้รับตำแหน่ง The Best Sommelier of Thailand 1996 และ ตำแหน่ง Commandeaur de Gastonomie Franςaise จากสถาบัน l'Institut de la Gastronomie Franςaise
ได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก องค์กรโซเป็กซ่า(ประเทศไทย) และสมาคมไทยซอมเมอลิเย่ ให้ไปศึกษาเพิ่มเติมในแหล่งผลิตไวน์ระดับกรองครูของบอร์โดซ์ และเป็นตัวแทนซอมเมอลิเย่ประเทศไทย เข้าร่วมประกวด ซอมเมอลิเย่ระดับนานาชาติ (Internationale Sommelier Grand Prix du Sopexa 1997) ณ กรุงปารีส
ปี 1996-2005 และ ปี 2010-ปัจจุบัน เป็นกรรมการชิมคัดเลือกไวน์เพื่อเสริฟบนสายการบินไทยอินเตอร์ทุกชั้นคลาส
ปี 2005 เข้ารอบสุดท้ายการแข่งขันรายการ “แฟนพันธุ์แท้ ไวน์”
ปี 1996 ถึงปัจจุบัน เป็นวิทยากร และอาจารย์พิเศษ สอนความรู้เรื่องไวน์ให้แก่องค์กรต่าง ๆ และมหาวิทยาลัยหลายแห่ง เช่น สถาบัน พัฒนาบุคลิคภาพ จอห์น ดรเบอร์ด เพาเวอร์ส (John Robert Powers Thailand

Pairach Intaput, the lawyer who has an inspiration in wine, has been well known in the food and beverage business for more than twenty years. He was the winner of Sopexa Grand Prix du Sommelier and was named “The Best Sommelier of Thailand in 1996” and got award as a Commandeur de Gastronomie Française from Institut de Gastronomie Française. He has been spending a month with all Chateaus of Grand cru classés de Graves wines before representing Thai Sommelier in “Internationale Grand Prix du Sommelier 1997” in Paris. Since then, he has been a wine columnist for newspaper and wine magazines. He has conducted hundred of wine Tastings/ dinners and more than hundred of wine classes for independent wine clubs, hotels, restaurants, universities and John Robert Powers Thailand. He has contributed a wine school in his restaurant (Vintage silom) in Bangkok Thailand. Since 2001 he has been a judge for FBAT International Wine Challenge at IFHS Bangkok and lately judging for Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition 2009, 2010, 2011Wine for Asia Award Singapore 2010 and Wine Style Asia Awards Singapore 2010, 2011
He has been appointed for 10 years, to be one of the distinguished taster panel in selecting wine for serving on board Thai Airways International, tasting and judging 500-700 wines and twice a year.
